Thoughts on the inauguration

I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior.
I Timothy 2:1-3

While I am not excited about Obama being in office, I do know that "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord" (Proverbs 21:1) and that this man cannot do anything that God does not permit him to do, even if it isn't good for us as individuals or as a nation.

So what will happen will happen, and I will trust God.
